account problem

Ciao a tutti,

Ho già provato a:

Grazie in anticipo a chi risponderà!

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Adobe account linked to my institutional email address from UNIPR (University of Parma).

I have an active paid subscription associated with my personal profile, which uses my university email. However, Adobe has automatically created an enterprise profile under the UNIPR organization (probably via Single Sign-On or similar).

Since then, whenever I try to log in to the Creative Cloud app, I’m automatically redirected to the enterprise profile, which has no active subscription and no files. Adobe seems to prioritize the enterprise profile, making it impossible to access my personal profile where my subscription and files are located.

I’ve already tried:

Clearing browser cache and cookies

Logging out and back in on Adobe.com and the Creative Cloud app

Switching profiles manually (but Adobe doesn’t always prompt me)

Has anyone experienced the same issue?
Is there a way to force login to the personal profile or somehow disable/remove the enterprise one?

Thanks in advance for any help!

do you mean to change the email address of the personal profile, differentiating it from that of the institutional profile? I initially used the institutional email to activate the payment since I use the student plan; and therefore I thought I had to use that one.
