Hello Adobe Team and Community,
Iโve been using Adobe under a 1-year subscription (about 5 months active now). Suddenly, my Adobe app is locked, and I canโt access or edit any of my projects. I have a serious film editing project due soon, and all my data is saved under this account.
When I try to open the app, it says โLockedโ even though my subscription is still active and paid. Iโve tried signing out and back in, checking my account status, and even reinstalling, but nothing worked.
Please help me resolve this issue urgently โ I canโt continue my professional work until this is fixed.

Critical project files stored in this account
Any quick fix or guidance from Adobe support would be greatly appreciated.
