Community Beginner ,

I'm running Creative Cloud 6.8.0.821 on a mac book Pro M5 with Tahoe 26.1. When I run Etrecheck Pro I see that the applicationAdobeGCClient.app is frequently crashing. Crash report is attached below. Can anyone help me solve this issue? Thanks.

Actually, Creative Cloud and associated Apps work properly, there is only this EtreCheck report saying that AdobeGCClient.app has crashed 30 times recently. This can be seen in the screenshot of the EtreCheck Report window.

Thanks for the screenshot and the information. Try reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop App using th Creative Cloud Cleaner tool- https://adobe.ly/49y5X1s and then reinstall the app to check if that helps. Let us know of that helps. Regards, Tarun

Thank you, but the page links to the Windows version of the cleaner app, I could not see a version for Mac OS. Where can I find it?

Cleaned everything, reinstalled CC and Apps. Nothing changed, the app AdobeGCClient.app is exactly there where it was before and crashes again, according to a new Etrecheck report. Fortunately this does not seem to affect the functionality of my apps and of CC desktop in any way, so I can live with it, even if I would like to understand better the issue. By the way, this crashing app seem quite old, according to the finder it was installed in 2017 and never modified since then.

Mac OS X and CC are the latest versions, but the issue persists. As I told previously it's not a serious problem, since CC and applications work fine, so I can live with it. Thanks anyway for the help.
