Please note that Adobe is discontinuing Creative Cloud Synced Files for both personal and business accounts. As a result, files saved in the Creative Cloud Files folder and synced to the cloud will no longer be accessible after the specified date.

Here are a few steps you can take to try and locate your Photoshop file in Adobe Creative Cloud:
Check the Creative Cloud Folder on Your Computer:
On Windows: C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Creative Cloud Files
On macOS: Mac HD/Users/<Your User Name>/Creative Cloud Files.
Check the Deleted Section Online:
Go to Adobe Creative Cloud Deleted Files and sign in if prompted. Check if your missing file is in the Deleted section.
Check the My Assets Section Online:
Navigate to Adobe Creative Cloud Files and sign in. Look for your file in the Files section.
Check for Duplicate or Different Creative Cloud Folders:
