aumento de precio

He estado pagando $199 pesos mexicanos desde que contrate el plan y hoy que hice mi pago mensual descubro que el cargo es de $299 pesos, en que momento informan esos aumentos???

además ¿POR QUE NO HAY UN SISTEMA DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE? que nefasto es que ante cualquier duda o problema se tenga que acudir a la comunidad a ver quien te ayuda a resolver tu problema, increible que una empresa como adobe no tenga atención al cliente, ah bueno, si tienen pero solo si eres una gran empresa! que tontería!

the first year is offered at an introductory price. when a plan renews, the price often increases.  also, some countries have currency issues vs the us $

Hoy tambienme di cuenta que mi tarjeta no acepto el pago automatico porque habia unporblema en el pago recurrente que se havcia y me di cuenta que aumento el doble. De 32.91$ USD subio a 65.84$USD ni siquiera hay servicio al cleinte, osea tuve que pagar eso para poder ver si cambiar de plan o lo que sea. Me parece un robo, una barabaridad, osea , quiza pueden subir la tarifa pero un 50% es demasiado.
