CC updates two files every 23 seconds

What's happening? CC app went nuts? it won't stop udating 2 illustrator files.

I get the notification every 23 seconds and the actual files get updated, I mean the date modified gets changed every 23 seconds. The files are not open.

Any ideas how to stop it? or what's the logic here?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

I tried quitting the desktop app, messages kept coming. So I tried deleting those 2 files, that did the trick.

I'll try resetting if it happens again.
