Creative Cloud Desktop App Fail

I started my Macbook Pro as usual this morning but my Creative Cloud Desktop App would not work. I've tried everything, including spending 45 mins with Adobe support and my company's user support person. No one can figure it out. I unistalled the app but it wouldn't re-install it. I ended up reinstalling the apps I need from the web. Sure would like to get the Creative Cloud Desktop back though. I'm wondering if this is just an isolated issue with me or if it is a problem affecting other users as well?

create a new user with admin privileges.  install for that user using the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
