Creative Cloud Desktop MacOS will not launch. MacOC 13.7.1, Intel Mac i7.
I've downloaded the Creative Cloud Unintall app, unintalled the app. Downloaded and reinstalled stll will not run. The app is stuck in the same loop as before the reinsall. I saw something about deleting the contents of the OOBE folder, did this and restarted.
Launch the app...Initalizing Creative Cloud....spins and spins..."Creative Cloud is takiing longer than usual to load. Get help"...then relaunch...then a popup warning Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged...choice of repair or quit.
Repair and quit then reinstall changes nothing.

Thanks, made some progress. Maybe.
Uninstall, reinstall, etc, etc. Run the CC cleaner, repeat no joy. This was all done on my regualr admin account.
I created a new admin account per step 4. Login to this account, downloaded Creative Cloud, installed CC. Success on this account.
I logged back into my "regular" admin account Creative Cloud still will not load. It is a bit different this time as there are selections down the left side of the CC window. I've already tried repair once, get back to the same place.

other than a complete clean of your regular account, there's nothing easier to do with it. you might want to just use the new profile.
