Creative cloud Desktop não reconhece programas instalados

tendo o photoshop 26.4.1 e outros programas instalados porque é que na creative cloud desktop não me  aparece como instalados? caí no erro de reinstalar o photoshop beta e acabei por perder as acções e presets

Have you recently changed the app install language in Creative Cloud or changed the language of the operating system? 

Please try changing the language in Creative Cloud. Note: If you have it in English, try changing it to English (International) or English (North America) and back to your preferred language. 

 

1 - In Creative Cloud > go to File > Preferences > Apps > Change D

Do you mean that you had a disk that was disconnected or a portable disk? I had no disk shutdown problems

having photoshop 26.4.1 and some other programs installed because creative cloud desktop does not recognize them since if you go to the page there are the programs to install. I made the mistake of reinstalling Photoshop beta and ended up losing the actions and presets

yes I always install from creative cloud desktop. It happened that I saw on YouTube a new update of Photoshop beta and I didn't receive any notification. When I open the app I see that all the programs in my account were ready to be installed. but I have the programs installed so the app doesn't recognize the programs that I have installed and that work.
