Creative Cloud files dissapeared

Hello!

I'm looking for help to locate my creative cloud files. I stored my files on creative cloud desktop, but my laptop and hardrive have now crashed so I'm looking to retrieve my stored files and save them onto anothere device. Where can I find them? Only 4 PDFs appear dating back to 2109, but I had whole folders of work stored there.

Any help would be much appreciated!!

use a browser. there are several tabs and link to check:

Thanks kglad, none of those things work unfortunately. I'm feeling a bit lost. Whenever I try and geet hold of an Adobe agent, I have to wait for ages and no one appears. Anyone else getting this?

no.  when you have time retry adobe support:

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
