Bonjour à tous je suis revolté par ADOBE a qui je regle 12€/mois, qui est injoignable et n'est pas capable de fournir une suite logicielle que l'on peut mettre à jour. et qui de surcroit, s'appuie sur la communauté pour que les utilisateurs se debrouillent
Je suis sur mac (ventura). j'ai desinstallé reinstallé creative cloud. supprimer "adobe user info" dans le trousseau comme indiqué sur les indications
je cherche, je ne trouve rien d'autre
RIEN NE MARCHE.
C'est incroyable d'en arriver la!!!

I just want to be able to update everything from adobe
i try to delete "adobe user info" (macbook, ventura 13.4.1) as proconised in the help center but nothing. My current session is on my name, and so im the administrator...don't understand

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
