Is there anyway to remove this AI rubbish in the recent download! I really won't spend a single second asking my computer to create "art" for me. This piracy really has to end!

don't update, or if you already have, uninstall and install the previous version

Just like AI... once the piracy is given a ship, there's little chance of avoiding it in the sea. All future updates will just install the rubbish until the nightmare is finally exposed as intellectual piracy and put to death forever... not holding my breath... just dreaming. I really don't believe Adobe should automatically download piracy software automatically on my hard drive. Should have made it a feature we could download if we run out of creativity and need to rip it from someone else.

sounds reminiscent of the music company complaints about napster.

Since everything AI knows and can create is from an existing work on file... PIRACY!

Untrue. Adobe Firefly is trained on licensed content from it's own Stock collection.

Like it or not, Generative AI is here to stay. That genie is out of the bottle and can't be put back.
No worries of possible piracy here. Adobe sources all its AI content from Adobe Stock collection. Adobe also compensated contributors whose content was used to train Firefly. No outside content was used. Everything is on the up & up.
Whether you choose to use Firefly or generative fill features in Photoshop is entirely your decision. Nobody is forcing you to use AI content without your knowledge. You can relax.
