Installation von Beta Apps auf Copilot+PCs nicht möglich

Ich versuche seit Tagen die Adobe Beta Apps für meinen neuen Copilot+PC (ARM-Prozessor) zu bekommen. Während alle Beta-Apps auf meinem alten Intel-i7-Prozessor PC angezeigt werden, weigert sich mein neuer Surface Laptop 7 beharrlich die Apps anzuzeigen. Einzig Photoshop Beta wird angezeigt, aber den braucht ja kein Mensch, denn den gibts eh schon regulär für ARM-PCs. 🤦‍:male_sign: Ich bin dazu seit Tagen mit dem Adobe Support in Kontakt aber bislang haben die es auch nicht zusammengebracht, dass ich die Beta-Apps installieren kann. Gibt es noch einen anderen Weg oder hat jemand das schon erfolgreich mit dem Adobe Support geschafft? Ich bin kurz davor den neuen Laptop wieder zurückzugeben. So ein kranker Mist, echt! 😒

i think your computer has to meet specs of the latest app version to meet beta specs.  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

Thank you for your response @kglad! My PC runs Windows 11 24H2 on a Snapdragon ARM64 X Elite 12-core processor. Graphics: Snapdragon X Elite Qualcomm Adreno. According to Adobe Help Center this should be more than sufficient for example for InDesign (Beta). On the support page it says that InDesign 19.5 Beta is available to EN users on the Windows ARM architecture-based processsors. But the Adobe Customer Care Team told me, that they have enabled the access for my account for downloading and installing Adobe InDesign Beta a few days ago. Still the App does not show up in the "Beta" secion of my Creative Cloud App (neither do any other Beta-Apps except Photoshop).

No. I have a private single user license (Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB Plan) - directly from Adobe.
