I'm about to migrate to a new Windows 11 PC and was planning on using Creative Cloud to transfer my Adobe apps. However, on checking CC only InDesign is showing in Installed Apps. Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat are missing. Any help much appreciated.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Sorry if it didn't come across clearly, but I mean to install the apps on the new PC from Creative Cloud, but they are all missing, apart from InDesign

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location

Thanks so much for that. Unfortunately no success. Regarding the change of language, is it significant that the CC desktop language is set to Englisn (North American) with no other English option, and the Default Install Language is set to English (International)?

sign in to the correct language website and install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Still no success. I'll try this as a fresh install on the new PC when it arrives in the next couple of days. I'll post an update then. Thanks again.
