Installing apps on an ReFS volume fails

Community Beginner ,

I have an SSD parititioned using ReFS in Windows 11 Enterprise.

If I change the default app install location to a folder on this SSD, the Adobe Acrobat app fails to download/install.

I've attached the error log which shows the reason for the failure. ReFS is not a case-sensitive file system, so this error does not quite make sense.

I instead selected an additional SSD partitioned using NTFS. This works no problem.
