Hi,
I am trying to install creative cloud desktop onto my windows 11 acer swift 3 1TB laptop. I've done it before and it worked fine. My laptop recently needed factory resetting and I am trying to reinstall creative cloud but it won't work. I can download the creative cloud set up installer but when I try to run it, the mouse shows the loading wheel for 5 seconds and that's all that happens.
I've tried this on 3 different laptops, on 2 different wifi networks, and on a hotspot of my phones mobile data, but regardless the issue persists on all 3 laptops. Is there something wrong with the installer or is this a me issue and how do I solve this?
Thanks In Advance.

have you downloaded the installation file?

Yes i have downloaded the Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe installation file for windows. That is the file which refuses to run. I have tried to run it normally and as administrator on all 3 devices with different wifis and it just wont open the installer. No error messages, it just shows the mouse loading symbol and does nothing.

try using a different browser and re-download the install file. it may have been damaged during download.

I have just tried Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. All 3 installations did the same thing. I deleted the previous installation and restarted the laptop for each attempt and the issue still persists. I appreciate that suggestion thought I did not think about that.

if you have nothing cc installed now, skip to the cleaner step:
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer and retry installing

I have nothing cc related installed on my laptop as it wont install. Restarting the laptop did nothing. However, previously have found a solution.
I checked microsoft store for Creative Cloud previously and didn't find it. I just came across this link whilst googling for a solution: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/xpdlpkwg9sw2wd?hl=en-gb&gl=UK. The link redirects you to a Creative Cloud application within the Microsoft Store. That installation worked and I now have Creative Cloud installed.
