Hi,
We're experiencing issue with preview files from shared link in Adoboe CC.
Same issue as described in post...
We can preview files when browsed and opened via CC app but not when access from shared link.
Either show blank file or fileexentsion name (see picture below):

I have been in contact with out IT department and no one seems to find the solution to this problem. This seems to be a problem for more people than us, see here post... So how can we solve this?

Console may be for the admin, but our IT folks can't figure it out either and we need a solution. Is there no one that could offer a solution? It's a problem.

I don't know if they do or not. I know that my issue is likely not a priority for them as there are two techs fixing problems for over 1000 employees. I know that I can't access the admin console, but can try and locate a resolution to provide to them. I don't take a "it's not my job" stance, but a "let me help you help me" stance.
