LrC not opening.

LrC 15.1 will not open on my computer (not even the splash screen. Windows 11 version 10.0.26200. Any ideas? Everything worked fine until the latest update by Adobe.

uninstall lrc, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer

then reinstall

Adobe says this is a correct answer, but it isn't working on my computer - I ran through the sequence several times with no success. So if anyone has another idea I would like to hear it.
