Moving apps from creative cloud to desktop

Hi, I am trying to move Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects from within Adobe creative cloud to my computer desktop. I previously had these apps on desktop, however, since updating them to the most current 2024 version they have not been transfered over to my desktop. I tried to drag and drop, but it didn't work, and I couldn't find the setting to move them onto my desktop. What should I do to fix this?

no adobe apps are "in/on adobe's cloud".  they're all desktop or mobile apps.

so, exactly what are you seeing?

Perhaps you are referring to shortcuts to the aforementioned applications on your desktop?

What operating system are you using?
