Bonjour je viens de souscrire a l'abonnement adobe premiere seulement probleme lors du lancement via creative cloud erreur 12015

voici ce que jai essayer 

-desinstallation de tous via l'outil creative cloud cleaner

-modification moyen de paiement via mon compte adobe

-deconnexion reconnexion verif maj 

-verification de connection serveur adobe via page web https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/vact/ping

reçus message "pong" 

- verif autorisation pare feu 

- verif suppression fichier host via disque dur 

 

je sèche, j'avais deja acheter 1 mois d'utilisation auparavent qui avait tres bien fonctionner, et la je suis coincer, avez vous d'autre idée pour que je puisse enfin utiliser le logiciel avant de me faire rembourser !!!
