Ciao a tutti,
Grazie! Buon lavoro
I'm not sure what this says because although we can translate text, we can't translate "text" that's in a screenshot. Your screenshot is from an AI Overview, not from Adobe. I've been reading the AI overviews and found that they are quite often 100% wrong. I don't trust them and always go to an official Adobe site.
Here's what Adobe says. It looks like there is a special deal for the first year that ends on May 12. After that, it will revert to the full price.

Thank you for the link but I asked something different. The link doesn't explain why new users seem that can have Substance apps and why they are not included in those that already have the plan "All Apps".
Also, in the CC home panle, there are no info about the additional cost and searching for informations about the costs I get what I wrote in my post. (see the screenshots)

The "Creative Cloud All Apps" plan has never included all of the Adobe applications. My personal opinion is that I wish they would change the name because I have seen it cause confusion.
As for the Substance apps, they were originally created by Allegorithmic and later purchased by Adobe. They have never been included in the All Apps plan and have always been a separate fee.
I know this isn't the answer that you wanted to hear, but I hope it helps to clarify Adobe's plans.

My screenshot was the info I found in the web becasue I wasn't able to find them in the site. You're right I'm sorry 3D apps are not included.
When CC started there were different plans and I can assure you that in the "All apps" plan all the Adobe apps were included (this is why the plan it was called "All apps").
I can understand things change, but I think there should be a way to do business respecting trusted clients who habe been customer for years.
The Adobe policy seems more oriented to favor new customers, forgetting those who have been subscribers for years. They could offer a 6-month promotion for the new users but after that we should all pay the same amount.
I don't think it is fair that once the promotion is over, the new users pay much less than those who have been subscribers for years.
Thank you Jane for your time, really appreciate.
All the best!
Monica

Several apps have never been included in the All Apps plan. The ones that come to mind without looking it up include FrameMaker, Photoshop Elements, and Premiere Elements.
I looked up Adobe FrameMaker and was horrified to see that the AI Overview falsely says it's included in the All Apps plan. It never has been and isn't now. All three of these had perpetual licenses until recently; now they are all subscription.
Adobe purchased Allegorithmic, the makers of Substance software, in 2019.

The current promotion for first-time subscribers ends May 12. Renewals will be at full price. We get some queries here in the forums from folks who wonder why their price "suddenly" jumps, because they forget that a year ago they had gotten promotional pricing good for the first year.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to know if any of you have the same situation.
I have had an Adobe CC Team subscription since this payment method was born and it has always been for "all apps". Strangely, Substance is not included and to use them it seems that I have to add a payment.
I already pay €94.41 per month for the annual subscription of "Adobe CC All Apps" while I see that those who currently request it for the first time will pay €68.12/month and with the Substance apps included.
I don't understand why, am I doing something wrong? Do I have to activate something?
Why does the invoice say that my subscription is "All Apps" it has always been.
It would be absurd for Adobe's corporate policy to penalize historical customers with annual increases and by removing apps.
Does anyone have the same situation? Is it possible that it is a mix-up or bug?
I hope for someone can explain this.
Thanks! Good work

When your second post got merged, it lost the topics altogether. When you post to the Creative Cloud desktop forum, you can select one or more topics from the three listed. If you let us know which topics you want, we can edit your original post for you to change the topics.

Is the current topic of "Files and Libraries" okay or do you want us to change it?
I understand why you thought it best to post a second time, but we are asked to merge duplicate threads so they only get answered once. Moderators can always assist when you make a mistake. We are happy to help!
