Bonjour

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Thank you for your answer
I checked Windows Tasks Manager - it seems Creative Cloud is in the foreground (see attached file) - Am I right ?
When I clisk on CTL + Alt + R nothing happens
Would there be a way to "install manually" the CCX file (by copying it in an appropriate folder ?
Thanks

no, that doesn't show cc in the foreground.
open the cc desktop app. when viewing it and before clicking anything else, it's in the foreground

you're showing nothing related to a cc app reset.
also, don't attach screenshots. copy and paste them into your replies.

I opened CC - It appeared on the desktop
Thn I clicked non Crl+Alt+R - Some process was working (seems to reinitiate CC) - When everything was "stable" I clicked on the CCX file ... but still got the Error 2 message ;-(
