Yesterday I had a problem with Creative Cloud. One of your tech guy took control of my Mac and solved the problem. So far, so good. This morning the problem is back! Using the chat box, I talk to one of your tech guy. The guy took control of my computer. However my Mac is in french, he wanted to switch my computer to english so he could read the menus. I refused cause I need my computer in french. I terminated the conversation and 20 minutes later, I contacted with the chat another tech guy. This time the guy didn't understand a word of what I was saying!
You need to upgrade your tech support, what I've been going through is unacceptable. Also I speak french, my computer is set in french, that shouldn't be a problem when I need your help. Don't tell me you cannot hire a few french speaking tech?

if you still want help with your problem, what is the problem?
p.s. recurring (especialy, daily) problems are usually caused by an antivirus app.
