Thanks - was fixed using the Creative Cloud uninstaller you suggested at
https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-....
I did not need to uninstall any other Creative Cloud apps.
