When I open Adobe Creative Cloud, it keeps spinning in circles endlessly and never finishes. I've tried the above steps, but it's still the same.

I applied the 1st method, but it didn't make any difference. In the 2nd method, I reset it, but it didn't work. In the 3rd method, I downloaded the program, but it kept me waiting for 3 hours, and nothing happened; it got stuck on "attempting to connect to the server," but I'm sure my internet connection is working. I tried the 4th method, uninstalled the application, and reinstalled it, but it still didn't work. In the 5th method, I uninstalled and reinstalled it again, but nothing changed. I couldn't achieve anything after all this effort. Thank you for your help.

contact adobe support and then update rhis thread with their fix. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

If this doesn't work, could you please collect and share Creative cloud logs using Log collector tool.
