I really would like the developers to think about a more seemless use of two accounts, than to have to log in and log out of one CC user to another CC user.
I'm helping out an organisation with their quarterly magazine, and I've been an almost lifetime user of Photoshop (as I'm an avid photographer and former pro), so when the asked me to help them with their magazine, I said sure, as I can quickly fix any bad photos by launching my personal copy of Photosohop to do so.
But I was floored that I had to log out of my personal CC account to join their team, which quits any open projects as they don't have Photoshop in their account. This is not smooth while working.
I'd love for it to be possible to have two accounts running simultaneous in Creative Cloud, as it's a true pain to log out, log in, and then you notice some small thiing you forgot and you're back in the log out and log in loop. And as I have two way verification, it means a lot of text messages to my phone!
So is there any workarounds?
Can I for instance – on my Mac – create another user on my computer and log in on the organisations account on that second user while I'm logged into my personal CC account on my main account on the computer? At least that's less cumbersom than have to constantaly log in and log out of the two accounts while working on a project?
And no, they can't buy Photoshop just like that, and no, I can't buy InDesign for my personal account, as all is done as volunteer work.
Please advice. Thank you in advance. And Happy Hollidays!
MacBook Pro 14" (2021), MacOS 12.6, Creative Cloud 5.9.0.

these are user forums so to make a suggestion to adobe, use
for applicable apps, https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html
for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html
now, for a work-around, you could if you had access to two computers (eg, i have a desktop and laptop), use one account on one computer and the other account on the other computer.
obviously, this isn't going to be practical for two desktops that aren't adjacent to each other, but with a laptop that can be moved next to a desktop, or two laptops, this would work ok.
in your situation with (apparently a laptop only), if you were working at the magazine's site, perhaps they could let you use another computer.

Thank you, and yes I've sent in a request to Santa already... ok, it wasn't Santa, it was the wish team on Adobe. 😉
Two computer is a no go as I only have one, hence me asking about two users on the same computer. At least it's faster to swich users on Mac OS than it is to switch users in Creative Cloud.

did you try creating another user on your mac with one user using one of the adobe accounts while the other user uses the other adobe account?

I haven't yet, but I will try it now. I'll get back with an answer if it works. (Keep fingers crossed!)
As the magazine isn't produced in my city, it would be rough for me to drive 45 min to do the layout. The cost in gas and travel time is something the organisation doesn't have, hence working digital at home – the covid way of working is here to stay! 🙂

Yes, maybe I should make a separate post with my crude workaround? Until Adobe sees the light that is!

because i respond to most messages here just teaching me is going to help a lot if people.
but some people don't post. they only search for an answer so go ahead and start another thread with a title that would catch the attention of people looking for answers.
