Unable to install Photoshop

I have been provided access to Adobe products at workplace and have Adobe 360/Pro but even after loading Adobe Creative Cloud unable to download Photoshop. Download fails to download after 10%. Very frustrating.

Have you checked first with your workplace IT support? If they provided access, they should the ones to troubleshoot this before us.
