Hi! I have a very unusual problem I think. A couple of years ago, my collegue shared her Adobe Creative Cloud with me. Apperently you can share with one other person. Later, her daughter needed to share instead of me. At that point I didn't realise the files would be impossible to get rid of. I no longer have, or wish to have, any contact with her and I really need to unistall the files since I can't use them without a log-in. And without a log-in, I can't uninstall either. Cul-de-sac. Any creative ideas?

to start, it's illegal to share an adobe account with anyone.  that doesn't matter if it's your friend, spouse, daughter etc.

next, it's not clear what files are on your computer that you want to clear.  ie, are they adobe apps, cc files, something else?

No, it actually is not. She had it in her agreement (through her own company) that she could share with one other person as I wrote. But I fixed the problem through an uninstaller-program. Thanks anyway!

you're welcome.

p.s. if she had a teams or enterprise subscription, and she allocated a different license/account (from that subscription) to you vs herself.  that's not the same as sharing an account.
