Working files are disconnected from creative cloud

New Here ,
Jan 30, 2025 Jan 30, 2025

The working file shows as disconnected from the cloud. Tried most of the relevant methods from the learn more link that adobe has provided. The changes made in the file are saved in the cloud but not sure why they still show that prompt.

Tried reaching out with the customer support their solution didnt work.

Saving this file in another name works well thou.

Anyone who can assist me on this please.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Hi

@UK_Pro

,

Welcome to the community! Could you please try uninstalling the Creative  Cloud desktop app by using this link- https://adobe.ly/40wnhxG and install the app again to see if that helps?

Regards,

Tarun

you're welcome.

i'm not sure a reinstall is worthwhile, but before you try that, try to update your cc desktop app.

One which I have noted is, some of the old XD files are not facing this issue. Only the new ones which I am currently working on has those issue. Strange! Any update on this please.

Additionally, the cloud files are not updated which you check the same from another machine. The old files which I mentioned works fine those files are updated in both the cloud environment. Sync issue? Liberaries, maybe?

LATEST

you could try syncing from the app libraries instead of using the cc app to sync.
