Admins need to be able to see filename information in Creative Cloud storage for individual users

Our Information Governance group needs to be ability to review filenames of data stored in creative cloud in order to make an assessment of that information.

Currently, the only way for an admin to see that information is to deactivate each user, which is absolute not feasible.
