Centrally manage if AI tools can be used in Creative Cloud apps

Can we please have a way to centrally manage whether generative AI tools can be used or are available for all users across all of the adobe create cloud suite?

To my knowledge the only way we can prevent users from using generative AI capability is to version lock users to older editions of Adobe applications that don't have generative AI capabilities e.g. Photoshop v24. Some of our clients do not allow generative AI to be used in their work and there's no way to restrict access to it from an administrator's perspective other than version locking users.

Hi @TiffanyGBK, can you provide more details about your workflows? And, are you an admin for an enterprise account or is this a Creative Cloud for Teams account?

I too want a way for AI to be disabled from the console or even through Group Policy/Intune Configuration Profiles.  I have found a GP that can be used to disable it in Acrobat but not anything else yet.

My organization has an EA.

We resolved the issue by raising a case with Adobe Customer Care, and the support team escalated the case to their engineering team who then disabled the feature centrally for all our businesses accounts. While the feature has been disabled it will still prompt users with "You're not currently eligible for access to generative AI features in Acrobat"
