difficulty after downloading and using the desktop app for adobe

I used to use the adobe acrobat standard DC without the desktop app. Now that I have downloaded the desktop app, everytime I go into that app it wants me to sign to app and the desktop app is much more difficult to use and non intuitive, really a disappointment as software goes. Can you guys make the desktop app easier to use for people for who do not have a Masters Degree in computer science?

In terms of the sign in behavior, were you previously signed in when using Acrobat Standard? If not, the prompt to sign in is expected to validate your license. See this help article.
