Position of dialog boxes using dual monitors

Hello,
I use a dual "monitor" setup (I say "monitor" because the second display is a display tablet that I can draw directly on) .... sometimes, depending on the project/app, I will move the active workspace to my main monitor. This then presents the issue of dialogue boxes (like saving, filters, options, etc.) opening on the other screen - this is across all Adobe apps.

I'd like to suggest an option for an adjustable preference, perhaps under workspace or interface, whereby the user can perhaps choose between fixed or relative position (relative to the active window) for dialog popup boxes.

It would be an immensely useful feature that would add a ton of streamlining and timesaving value, yet would most likely be simple and practical to code and implement in a future suite update.
Thank you.

is this ask for a particular app, or one setting for all of the cc apps?
