What would we have to do to get Adobe to install WITHOUT creative cloud?

Why, why, why, why does Adobe think I want to be forced to use a cloud solution? I don't need it, I don't want it, and forcing me to download it is just making it worse. When will companies understand that forcing people to use your software isn't a long-term positive for your company?
