100 GB voll aber Dateien können nicht gelöscht werden

Hallo, meine 100GB sind voll, aber die Dateien nicht mehr online zu finden (da der Cloud-Dienst eingestellt wurde). Aber wie kann ich den Speicher dann jetzt wieder leeren? Denn er wird immer noch als voll angezeigt, ich möchte aber die Dateien löschen. Man kann nur nicht mehr darauf zugreifen, also auch nichts löschen. Was tun??

Thanks, but I know these links and still cannot delete my files there, since they are not visible anymore... Adobe says that they close the cloud service, which is fine, but I can only backup these files via download in the browser, but not delete them...

the only syncing stopped is your local cc sync folder, and there's no need to download those.

I want to DELETE the files that are still blocking my storage (adobe says my 100 GB are full, but I cannot delete them anywhere, since the cloud doesn't exist anymore online in the browser!). So I'm blocked and cannot do anything anymore which has to do with the 100 GB of Libraries.

why can't you contact adobe support?

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
