Frustrated! I have two accounts with creative cloud - both for work, one registered on my pc with one email address, one registered on my mac with a different email address (different IDs for different operating system licenses). the cloud storage is shared and collaborates so any changes made on either machine sync up together. perfect.
however, one of the email ID's (the mac associated one) has stopped syncing between the desktop and the cloud. i have tried syncing on both devices and it won't sync on either. the other ID appears to sync up fine on both devices. i've uninstalled/reinstalled, run cleaners etc. nothing seems to have worked. the blue circle just keeps on spinning. My IT dept. at work has ensured that both my associated email addresses don't get blocked through the firewalls etc.
any ideas why one account will sync and the other won't?!
