I can no longer access my Adobe Portfolio account associated with my school. I logged in to move my portfolio to a new account since I graduated from this school. I was warned I would lose access soon and that my plan will end on May 16th but I was not able to access it to do this. I can still log in on the Adobe website and it does still say I have an Enterprise plan too. I tried contacting the school for assistance but they seemed confused and offered no additional assitance.

Is there a way for me to transfer my portfolio to a new account?

Hi,

It seems like your university did not release that feature.

Kindly contact your University's helpdesk for the creative cloud product line. They should be able to help you.

If they are unable to help, please contact Adobe Support Team by clicking on : https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

Hope this helps.

Thank you.
