I have activated a monthly plan for my Adobe Creative Cloud with the code "[code removed by mod]" on March 18, 2021. It should expire by April 18, 2021.
On March 22, 2021, I noticed that my plan is expired and I need to redeem my code again although it should expire by April 18. I would like to know if there is any reason behind issue.
I removed the code for your protection. Sharing it doesn't help you, and it allows others to use it for themselves.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.
If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. It sounds like your paid subscription reverted to trial mode. It happens sometimes and doesn't mean your subscription ended. See help article below for details on what to do.

Important: as well as keeping redemption codes safe you need to know that they can be redeemed ONCE only. So you can't "redeem it again" whatever else happens.
