Adobe aero doesn't install

Why do I get the message that Adobe Aero isn't compatible with my cell phone? I have the Galaxy Note 10 + /12gb ram /256 gb space on HD.

I do not find a forum for that product https://community.adobe.com/ so I have no idea where you would get support

According to the Adobe Aero page, Aero is only supported on a limited range of Samsung devices (Galaxy and Pixel 4).

Plus, it is only supported on  Android 10 or above. I believe the Note 10+ ships with Android 9. Can it be upgraded to Android 10?

There is no offical support for Aero other than UserVoice and the online User Guide.
