Adobe can't connenct to the Adobe Server

Hi, I became an information "Adobe can't connenct to the Adobe Server". I've allredy used all instructions on your website to solve this problem, but they not help. I see in my Adobe Plan for Photographers that all my invoice are paid and my creditcard is active. What should I do to selve my problem with the connecting with Adobe Server? Thank for your help.

Thanks for your answer. You're right. Actually, I haven't upgraded my Windows 7 yet. I would like to do this after I organize data on my disk. I procrastinate on this task every time. Is possible to use Lr and PS offline without upgrading Windows 7? Today is my last day for connecting with Adobe Server 😞

Rozalias, I would strongly recommend you apply any remaining updates to Windows 7 as soon as possible.  You can then procrastinate on upgrading to a supported operating system like Windows 10 or 11.

In addition to what Adobe employee @Jeffrey_A_Wright said, have you updated your operating system?  Are TLS 1.2 connections enabled on your system?
