What ever happens to Adobe? I used to to be able to get some service. But not any more. This is the least service friendly company in the world ! Just ask the community is the standard answer. wat kind of service is that?

In additional to Tarun's suggestions sometimes it will say you are out of storage if you have files taking up the space you were unaware of. These are the most common locations for this to occur.
If you had a lot of files in either of these that might account for the used space
