Adobe Creative Sync not working

Recently I noticed that Adobe creative cloud sync is not working. After that, I did everything to work, but sync remains same. During that period I cleaned entire Adobe Creative Cloud software using cleanup software provided by Adobe. I removed .db files fro coresync folder. But the result was same. I can see my files on the web version of the creative cloud, but not able to see on my iMac folder. and it's not syncing.
