Thanks. Turns out it is not such a big deal I guess, I just liked having all my things in one place. I pay for extra storage but I can pay someone else I guess. Adobe's service has been fast and reliable, which is why I like it. And I work in different places (lap top, home PC, etc.) so having a desktop-like synced system is great. But I'll switch. No biggie.

Hey there, it's true I wasn't sure where to post this! I do not spend a lot of time on these forums and so thank you for the tip!

But you are right, positive comments are hard to find. And negative ones tend to rule the day. Sadly. I have gotten some helpful responses elsewhere so I guess it worked.

Ah okay. I thought you said something about ha ha ha but maybe that was another other person. You are right, it was someone else responding to your comment. Apologies. I am not worried about snark, I am just not sure how it's helpful.

Looks like Adobe actually locked that thread .... and I got flagged for posting everyhwere, so thank you for your help, it was not my intention to spam, I was just looking for answers and wasn't sure anyone would actually answer.

well yes, that was quite a spate of identical/near-identical posts.  and their sheer number did trigger negative reaction.  i think you might have come close to being banned.

but that's past.  to me, anyone apologizing is 100% ok.

and for my part in posting something that could be taken as snarky, i apologize.
