Adobe Personal File Adobe ID

My computer crashed and had to do full reinstall-  I had a shortcut on my desktop to drop files in for quick saves...    the shortcut is gone and i cant seem to access my files   they are not in my cloud files   

this is under legacy creative clould files personal account   Adobe support didnt have solutions     not sure if this is so legacy that recovery is possible

that folder's been renamed.

yes but how can i recover files since the shortcut isnt working and I had to do a full OS reinstall...  I cant find a link to the old files

check the folder rename.

nothing there     unfortunatly this is from older legacy Adobe Cloud- so i dont know how to reinstall or re-link to the file    I have a file saved under an older computer  but its not the same    its not the long account string

what folder name did you search (after redacting the email portion)?
