Adobe Portfolio Audio Not Loading

Hi,

When I upload audio to my portfolio site, I get a message saying that my content has been uploaded but is being converted. This conversion never completes and the audio player never loads, even after MANY hours waiting. My files are mp3 and no more than 2MB each.

Is there a workaround or a timeline for this issue to be fixed?
