Hi, I'm trying to edit my portofolio site on Adobe Portfolio, but every time I try and log in I get a McAfee page stating "We’re sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."
It even lets me log in, then a few seconds later it redirets to the McAfee page.https://www.mcafee.com/sae/blockpage.html?hash=08052022212256
Only thing is, that that page is not blocked on my McAfee site at all.
If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.
Many thamks.
I've been advised by Adobe Portfolio team that it's an add-in to Safari that is causing the problem. I have found the McAfee WebAdvisor extension and disabled it. Now I can access my site without any problem.
It seems that I have to leave the extension enabled to browse safely, then turn it off if I have a site, such as my Portolio site, that I can't access. Annoying, but at least I can access my site again in my favoured browser.
Many thanks for your help.
Disabling is NOT recommended for security reasons. A better approach is to open Web Advisor and create a WHITE LIST of sites you know are safe. Make sure you're accessing sites on secure HTTPS servers, not unsecure HTTP.

That's odd. I have McAfee Live Safe anti-virus protection and I don't experience that problem.
Are you sure you're going to the correct site?
Can you log-in to your online Adobe Account? Use a browser like desktop Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

Thanks. Your link did the same too.
I've managed to get in using Microsoft Edge. I just don't get why Safari has suddenly started doing this, as I've been using that without a problem for months. The site is blocked on my Mac and ipad, but I can get in using an android phone (although the editing experience is awful, so I wouldn't actually edit anything there).
Last night I even updated Safari to try and fix the problem (in case the latest update would help - but it didn't).
I'm just curious now as to why Safari won't allow me access to the site.
Thanks so much for your help, at least I can get in and update my site now. 👍

Thanks, but although I've added both URLs and allowed them in McAfee to whitelist the sites, they are still being blocked. If I turn off the extension then I can access the sites, and once I turn on the extension, both URLs are blocked again. There seems to be nothing I can do to edit my site in Safari as I want.

Safari is a 3rd rate browser with tons of problems that Apple has no interest in fixing. It's been that way for a long time. Use Google Chrome or Firefox instead. McAfee Web Advisor works with those browsers, no problem.
