Adobe Portfolio Image Grid problem

Hi, I have a portfolio page with two side-by-side image grids.

It works fine on mobile. The right hand grid doesn't load on Windows Desktop browsers. I've tried multiple browsers, clearing web cache, etc etc.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Happens on this page - and many others

Websites are not the same as prints.  You should optimize images for the web BEFORE you upload them to Portfolio.  The extra hit from over-sized images and bandwidth makes pages slower to load and hurts people on limited data plans.

File > Export > Export As from Photoshop.  See screenshots.

Ideally 100KB file size makes for faster loading web pages.

Also convert to sRGB color space to ensure all browsers can read them.

Hope that helps.

In these days of 5G streaming a few extra kB on a jpeg will make no difference to anyone.
For what it's worth the problem persists even when much smaller images are uploaded.

fwiw John Smith's comment above has helped me get Adobe tech support involved; they're now trying to understand and resolve the issue.
