I have a paid creative cloud subscription, which includes portfolio publishing. My portfolio is saying unpublished and whenever I tried to publish the website, the subsription option populates. If I am already a subscriber, why is it asking to pay and upgrade and create another subscription? Please advise

Is your subscription active and your payment details current?

If this is a K-12 plan from your school, it's possible you don't have Portfolio access. Contact your school's IT dept for more details.
