Adobe Portfolio logo in scroll state won't rollover

I submitted a ticket however I wanted to see if this was an issue for other people.

In normal logo state, when I roll over the logo turns orange (as expected). When I scroll, my logo converts correctly to the scroll state but when I roll over it either starts blinking out or disappears completely. It also sometimes stops working and won't send me to the homepage when clicked.

I read this post and unfortunately doesn't apply to me. I have all my files correctly uploaded (so I think) and everything is working EXCEPT when i rollover a scroll state logo.
