Hello, It seems like Adobe Portfolio uses a data tag for Google Analytics which is now defunct. May I have some advice or assistance upgrading my tag to Google Analytics 4? It seems I need to add a tag to" every page of your website, immediately after the <head> element. Don’t add more than one Google tag to each page."

You have to just add your ga code once to your settings>analytics panel. There is no place to put GA tracking code on individual pages. It's a sitewide setting.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thank you,

I assume you're talking about upgrading to the new & improved GA4 Analytics System.
Google has recently discontinued (UA) Universal Analytics reporting. As I understand it, you must create a GA4 property in Google Console. And Google will migrate your UA tracking data to the new & improved GA4 system.
